While mixing Document My Life, that relentless bass line got in our head, and we started hearing different juxtapositions using that bass line and our other songs. I asked Jason to throw a couple of those ideas into a track to hear if it made sense, and it did. We then decided that whatever we did, it had to include something from each
of the songs, and that it had to work on its own, in case this track was the only track a person heard from CJL. Jason has worked for Dr. Dre, so he knew how to throw down the beats and make it all gel. - Paul
